I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Lindhurst High School. 2026-2027 will be my fourth year at LHS. I am incredibly grateful to be part of the Blazer community and to work alongside our outstanding students, staff, families, and community partners to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
I have proudly served in the Marysville Joint Unified School District for fourteen years. Before joining Lindhurst High School, I spent eight years at Marysville High School where I taught Civics, Economics, U.S. History, and World History. Since joining Lindhurst, I have focused on strengthening school culture, supporting student achievement, expanding Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and building meaningful partnerships with our stakeholders that help every Blazer thrive.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Southern California, and an Administrative Services Credential earned through the Placer County Office of Education.
My philosophy can be summarized by three guiding principles:
  • Do What Is Right
  • Do It to the Best of Your Ability
  • Show People You Care
These principles guide every decision I make and shape how I work with students, staff, and families each day.
Outside of education, I have more than seventeen years of coaching experience, primarily in basketball, and previously spent ten years in the real estate and mortgage industry. I am also a proud United States Air Force veteran, an experience that instilled in me the values of service, discipline, and integrity that continue to influence my leadership.
Most importantly, I am blessed to share life with my wife, Mariya, and our two daughters, Ashley and Sydney. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I believe that schools are strongest when we work together as one community to support every student.
I am proud to be a Blazer and look forward to continuing to serve the Lindhurst High School community with dedication, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
