Lindhurst High

Hello Students, Parents, and Community Members,

 

My name is Keith M. Carlson and I am extremely happy to be at Lindhurst High School as your Assistant Principal. I have been teaching within MJUSD for ten years. I have spent the last eight years at MHS as the Department Chair for Social Science, teaching Civics, Economics, US History and World History. I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from Sonoma State, a MA in Education from the University of Southern California, and completed my Administration Credential from Placer County Office of Education in July 2021. 

 

My philosophy can be simplified to three principles: Do What is Right, Do it to the Best of Your Ability, and Show People You Care. I have seventeen years of coaching experience, mostly with basketball, ten years of real estate and mortgage broker experience, and a proud veteran of the US Air Force. I have been married for over twenty years to my wife Mariya, and have two daughters, Ashley & Sydney.
