US Bank Scholarship – US Bank is giving away 40 $1,000 scholarships
to students who plan to attend an eligible 4-year college or university.

The 2011 CAA/ESA Youth Scholarship Program – This scholarship offers
$20,000 in funds to children of active duty law enforcement and fire
service personnel in the State of California who are graduating from

Portuguese Historical and Cultural Society 2010 Scholarship – Six scholarships
(one $1,000 and five $500) scholarships will be awarded to students who are of
Portuguese decendency and have a 3.0 GPA. Students must submit an essay

Monnot Scholarship – Seniors who will be graduating from Yuba or

northern California high school seniors who will attend a four-year college or university.
The award is both merit-based and need based and will distribute $1,000 a year for four

American Marketing Association Sacramento Valle – The AMASV Educational Foundation
will award at least a $500 to $1,500 scholarship each academic year to an outstanding
marketing, advertising, or communications student currently enrolled in an accredited
two- or four-year college or university. The purpose of this scholarship is to assist
students in educational expenses such as tuition, institutional fees, books, and
supplies. To be eligible, an applicant must be a formally declared marketing,
communications, or advertising major, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale),

dedicated to the support of the Fremont-Rideout Health Group, including Fremont and

The Mark McCollum “Ride On” Scholarship – The scholarship amount will vary, but will be at
least $1,000.00 to a maximum of $2,000. Award recipients may use funds to pay for
tuition and institutional fees. In order to receive funds, a recipient must submit evidence
of full-time enrollment at an accredited educational institution. To be eligible, an applicant
must be pursuing an engineering or construction degree at Sacramento State University,

Diane Dawson Memorial Scholarship – The Diane Dawson Memorial Scholarship will provide
financial assistance, in the form of scholarships, for young men and women who have a
parent or legal guardian with terminal cancer or other terminal illness, or who have lost a
parent to a terminal disease. The Diane Dawson Memorial Scholarship will assist those in
the greater Denver and Sacramento areas. Through efforts of family and friends, Diane’s
love of life, community and dedication to education lives on. The scholarship ranges from

The Graydon and Myrth Fox Scholarship – The scholarship amount is between $1,000 and $5,000.
Award recipients may use funds to cover educational-related expenses, including tuition, books,

Corps personnel or a surviving spouse or dependent child of a Navy or Marine Corps

The scholarship will be for one year and may be renewable provided all requirements are met.

Diane Dawson Memorial Scholarship – The Diane Dawson Memorial Scholarship will provide
